Flamingo Is An "A" School For 12 Years!

They received an award for winning the P3 Challenge, Preserving our Planet for Posterity. The school has been awarded a $500 check to continue our efforts.
The Broward Area Refugee Task Force is hosting a Family Fun Day in honor of World Refugee Day at Broward College Gymnasium on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Click here for a flyer that describes the event. It will be a very fun day and our superintendent, Mr. Runcie will be speaking to all who attend.

"Flamingo Summer Academy"
Over 70 families have taken the opportunity to best prepare their children for the 2013-2014 school year. They are registered for FLAMINGO SUMMER ACADEMY, a program that reviews skills learned in their previous grade and challenges them with enrichment activities from their future grade. We still have a few spaces left. Come in and enroll your child today so they don't miss out on four (4) hours of academic instruction planned and implemented by certified teachers balanced into a socially and physically active schedule.
Camp Dates: June 10-August 9
Camp Hours: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Weekly Fees: $130 per week
Location: Flamingo Elementary

Ages: Students enrolled in any Broward County Public School as incoming kindergartners through students who completed fifth grade.
Breakfast and Lunch: Will be provided daily to all campers at no additional charge.
